They enter your full name (as per your booking) and your email address.

If eligible, we apply a $500 rent credit to both accounts, applied to each person’s final week of stay.

Promoter: The promoter is Juno House (Chesterfield Property Group Pty Ltd / Chesterfield Investment Trust) (“Juno House”, “we”, “us”).

Promotion period: This promotion runs from 12:00am AWST 15 April 2026 until 11:59pm AWST 31 May 2026 (“Promotion Period”).

Eligible referrers: Referrers must be current Juno House residents at the time the referral is submitted and must have an active resident account with Juno House.

Eligible referred residents (new residents only): The referred resident must be a new booking to Juno House. This promotion is not available for:
-
extensions or renewals of existing agreements
-
transfers, room moves, or internal changes of room type
-
returning residents
-
existing leads/enquiries already received by Juno House prior to the referral being submitted (including via agents/partners), at Juno House’s discretion.

Minimum contract requirement: The referred resident must sign a minimum 6-month (27-week) contract and must not end the agreement early.

How to submit a valid referral: To be eligible, the referred resident must submit the booking form via the Juno House website during the Promotion Period using the link above and, within the form:

select “Yes” to the question “Were you referred by a current Juno House Resident?”; and
-
enter the referrer’s full name (as per the referrer’s booking) and referrer’s email address. Referrals not submitted in this way may be deemed invalid.

Booking + move-in requirement: The referred resident must both book and complete move-in within the Promotion Period (15 April–31 May 2026) to qualify.

Referral benefit If all eligibility requirements are met, Juno House will apply a $500 rent credit to:
-
the referrer’s resident account; and
-
the referred resident’s account. The credit is applied to each person’s final week of stay.

Credit application limits
-
The credit is applied up to $500 towards the final week’s rent.

Account standing requirement: Credits will only be applied if both the referrer and referred resident accounts are in good standing at the time the credit is applied (including no overdue rent, fees, or other charges).

Early termination / breach: If the referred resident’s agreement ends early for any reason (including termination, cancellation, or breach), Juno House may, at its discretion, withhold, reverse, or not apply the referral credits.

Multiple referrals: Referrers may refer more than one eligible resident. A maximum of one (1) $500 credit per eligible referred resident applies.

Non-transferable / non-cash: Referral credits are not redeemable for cash, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged or substituted.

Not combinable: This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts, promotions, or negotiated rate reductions unless agreed in writing by Juno House.

Verification and final decision: Juno House may request information reasonably required to verify eligibility and referral legitimacy. Juno House reserves the right to determine eligibility and the application of credits in its sole discretion, acting reasonably.

Misuse: Juno House may refuse to apply credits where we reasonably suspect misuse, fraud, or manipulation of the promotion.

Changes / withdrawal: To the extent permitted by law, Juno House may amend, suspend, or withdraw this promotion at any time. This will not affect valid referrals already confirmed as eligible prior to the change.
Juno House Opening Promotion Free Rent – Terms & Conditions
These promotional offers are provided by Juno House (ABN 99378462715) and are valid for new bookings made between 12th of May 2025 and 31st of October 2025, unless stated otherwise or until promotional limits are reached. By participating in these promotions, entrants agree to the full terms outlined below.
Juno House – Free Rent Promotion
Overview
These Terms and Conditions govern participation in the “Free Rent Promotion” offered by Juno House. By entering this promotion, participants agree to comply with the terms outlined below.
- Promotion Offer
Bookings received prior to the 30th of July 2025 at Juno House will receive a Free Rent Incentive based on the length of their confirmed lease:

- Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the Free Rent Promotion, the following criteria must be met:
- The booking must be made between 12 May 2025 and 31st October 2025.
- The resident must move-in on/or before 31st of December 2025.
- The resident must be eligible, determined by the date of lease signing and first payment confirmation.
- The minimum lease term must be 6 months (27 weeks).
- Bookings via all channels, including direct, third-party platforms, and agents, are eligible.
- Applicants must be new residents at Juno House (existing or renewing tenants are excluded).
- Redemption Terms
- The rebate is a promotional incentive and does not represent a reduction in the official rent payable as recorded in the Residential Tenancy Agreement. The lease reflects the full weekly rent before any promotional discounts are applied.
- The rebate amount is calculated based on the advertised weekly rent for the selected room type at the time of booking.
- The free rent is provided as of the first week of occupancy.
- The rebate will be credited to weekly rent, not as a bulk payment.
- 12-month leases: 4 weeks’ rent credited.
- 6-month leases: 2 weeks’ rent credited.
- The rebate is applied as a weekly deduction from the standard rent payable.
- The resident must not be in breach of their lease agreement at any point.
- Residents must be current on all payments to receive and continue receiving the rebate.
- If a resident vacates before completion of their lease agreement, the rent rebate will be forfeited and cannot be used for future bookings.
- Exclusions & Limitations
- Bookings under 6 months (fewer than 27 weeks) are not eligible.
- This promotion cannot be combined with other rent-based promotions, including any other “free rent” or discount incentives.
- Only one rent rebate per tenancy agreement is allowed, regardless of additional roommates or co-tenants.
- The rent rebate:
- Is non-transferable,
- Cannot be exchanged for cash,
- Cannot be applied to future bookings.
- Availability
- The Free Rent Promotion is strictly limited to eligible bookings.
- The promotion will automatically close without further notice, once reached the closing date of the promotional booking period.
- Availability of this promotion is limited by room type and allocation and is at the sole discretion of Juno House.
- Additional Terms
Juno House reserves the right to:
- Modify, suspend, or cancel this promotion at any time prior to the booking cutoff date.
- Disqualify participants if fraudulent activity or eligibility manipulation is suspected.
- Make final decisions on all matters related to eligibility, rebate calculation, and interpretation of these terms.
- General Disclaimer
Participation in this promotion does not alter the terms of the standard lease agreement. In the event of any conflict between this promotion and the lease agreement, the lease terms will prevail, except where expressly stated otherwise in this document.
- Privacy/Data Use Disclaimer
By participating in this promotion, entrants agree that their information may be used for the purpose of administering the promotion in accordance with Juno House’s Privacy Policy.
- Liability
Juno House’s liability in connection with this promotion is strictly limited to the value of the promotional rebate as stated in these terms.
