Juno House Promotions Terms & Conditions

These promotional offers are provided by Juno House (ABN 99378462715) and are valid for new bookings made between 12^th of May 2025 and 31^st of July 2025, unless stated otherwise or until promotional limits are reached. By participating in these promotions, entrants agree to the full terms outlined below.

 

Juno House – Free Rent Promotion

Overview

These Terms and Conditions govern participation in the “Free Rent Promotion” offered by Juno House. By entering this promotion, participants agree to comply with the terms outlined below.

1. Promotion Offer

The first 20 individuals to secure a booking at Juno House will receive a Free Rent Incentive, based on the length of their stay:

Less than 6 months	Not eligible for this promotion

 

2. Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for the Free Rent Promotion, the following conditions must be met:

• The booking must be made between 12 May 2025 and 31 July 2025.
• The resident must move in on or before 31 August 2025.
• The resident must be one of the first 20 eligible bookings (determined by the date of lease signing and payment confirmation).
• The minimum lease term must be 6 months.
• All booking channels, including third-party platforms and agents, are eligible.
• The resident must remain in continuous occupancy at Juno House for at least 12 weeks before the free rent is applied.

3. Redemption Terms

• Free rent will be applied as a rebate after the resident has completed 12 weeks of continuous stay at Juno House.
• The rebate will be applied to a future rent payment (not upfront).
  • 12-month leases: receive 4 weeks’ rent credited after 12 weeks of stay.
  • 6-month leases: receive 2 weeks’ rent credited after 12 weeks of stay.
• Residents must not be in breach of their lease agreement to redeem the rent credit.

4. Lease Breakage & Repayment

• If a resident breaks their lease or terminates early after receiving the rent rebate, they may be required to repay the value of the promotional free rent as part of the lease break costs or settlement.
• Repayment will be assessed at Juno House’s discretion, based on the circumstances and remaining lease term.

5. Exclusions & Limitations

• Bookings under 6 months in length are not eligible for this promotion.
• This promotion cannot be combined with other rent-based discounts (e.g., other free rent offers).
• If a resident terminates the lease early or vacates before completing 12 weeks, they forfeit the right to claim the rent-free benefit.
• Only one Free Rent Promotion may be claimed per person, regardless of multiple bookings.

6. Availability

• The Free Rent Promotion is limited to the first 20 eligible bookings only.
• Once the limit is reached, the promotion will automatically close without further notice.

7. Changes & Final Decision

Juno House reserves the right to:

• Modify or terminate this promotion at any time prior to the booking cutoff date.
• Make final decisions on all matters related to eligibility, redemption, and interpretation of these terms.

 

Juno House – Rottnest Island Getaway Giveaway

Overview

This promotion gives new Juno House residents the chance to win one of three Rottnest Island weekend getaways for two. Entry is automatic for eligible bookings.

1. Eligibility

To be entered into the draw, residents must:

• Make any valid booking at Juno House (no minimum lease term required)
• Complete all booking requirements, including signing the lease and making the initial payment
• Move in before 31 August 2025
• Book between 12 May and 31 July 2025

2. Prize Details

One (1) winner will receive a Rottnest Island Getaway for Two, including:

• Return ferry transfers for two people
• One-night accommodation in a standard room
• Bike hire and snorkelling gear for two

3. Prize Draw

• Winner will be randomly drawn on 30 September 2025
• Winner will be announced via @junohouseperth on Instagram
• All eligible bookings are automatically entered; no separate entry is required

4. Conditions

• Travel must be completed by 31 December 2026
• Prize is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash
• Ferry and hotel tickets are subject to third parties’ T&C’s.

5. General

Juno House reserves the right to:

• Verify all entries and disqualify any that do not meet eligibility requirements
• Substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if needed
• Make all final decisions regarding the promotion

 

General Conditions

• Open only to residents aged 18 years or older.
• Prizes must be accepted as awarded and are not redeemable for cash or transferable.
• Promotions may be combined with other discounts unless stated otherwise.
• Juno House reserves the right to amend, cancel, or withdraw any promotion without notice.
• Proof of identity and move-in confirmation may be required to claim prizes.
• Winners consent to the publication of their first name via @junohouseperth and digital channels.
