Your rent covers everything-utilities like electricity, water, wifi, and gas. Plus, you’ll have access to our awesome communal spaces, including a 24/7 gym, sauna, games room, community kitchen, meditation room, and more!
Not at all! We welcome anyone looking for a vibrant community and stress-free living. Whether you’re a student, young professional, or anyone in between, you’ll feel right at home.
Juno House is for those over 18.
Every room at Juno House is fully furnished with everything you need—a comfy bed, storage, wardrobe, and a study desk, so you can settle in without any hassle.
We’re still under construction, but don’t worry! Express your interest here, and we’ll keep you updated on when tours and bookings open.
Once bookings open, simply submit your booking form. A member of our team will reach out to discuss your room options and availability.
To secure your room, you’ll need to pay a 2-week deposit. This will be applied to your first two weeks of rent once you move in.
A bond is a security deposit to cover any potential damage to your room. In WA, it’s a 4-week bond, but don’t worry-you’ll only need to pay it 14 days before your move-in date.
Rent can be paid via bank transfer or direct debit through our easy-to-use portal.
Rent is due every two weeks, paid in advance.
Your Residential Tenancy Agreement (RTA) will be sent to you 6 weeks before your move-in date.
